MERF Members, On Tuesday, April 18th, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in a very important religious liberty case called Groff v. DeJoy, case # 22-174. This case shares many elements with our own experience at Micron and may provide key precedent for our case. Specifically,
we expect the output of this case to better define what is (or is not) an appropriate religious exemption.
If so, it becomes much more likely that our case could be taken up by a legal foundation. Please see below for the SCOTUS Docket and copies of all the briefs submitted in the case.
