MERF Mission

To unite and organize Micron workers into a force that can legally, morally and justly, take on the unjust mandate put in place by the executive team at Micron. Micron has actively and obviously displayed and engaged in discriminatory acts against its own employees and targeted those with religious beliefs.

 

This is unconstitutional and completely immoral. Micron Employees for Religious Freedom (MERF) has secured legal counsel in this fight, specifically a constitutional attorney that believes we have good standing to take on this legal action. MERF is meant to be a central hub for the affected Micron employees who have endured this discrimination, fundraise for the cause and consolidate information for the coming legal engagements. With the help of those affected by this experience, we can win.
